What is a better TV to buy the sony x90l or the Samsung Q90c thanks

  2. @ekennedy6645 on November 13, 2024 at 12:15 pm

Would like to get a 4k hdtv but don’t want the “smart” features. Does anyone make a 4k hdtv WITHOUT “smart” features? Thanks!

  3. @markreyes2354 on November 13, 2024 at 12:15 pm

He is saying that OLED TV’s are not good for long time using? I’m a gamer and I like watching tv most of the time. It’s means my tv is always on all the time. So what should I get then?

  4. @GerardoAlvarado3692 on November 13, 2024 at 12:19 pm

Hi there! New here. Awesome content to get started on further reviewing best TVs suited for each of us, but wanted to ask your quick opinion about LG C2 I’m planning to use TV mainly for gaming (XBOX SERIES X, PS5) and yes I know that that model is a little bit old than the ones you reviewed (G3 & C3) Thanks a lot!

  5. @SmokinBuddha on November 13, 2024 at 12:19 pm

    What would you choose? 2023 Samsung S90C 77" or 2024 Hisense U8N 75" or Hisense U9N 75"?

  6. @ryans413 on November 13, 2024 at 12:19 pm

I had an OLED and I really liked it up to the point where it started getting dead pixels everywhere and the tv started to degrade and not look as good anymore. My 8 year old LED set has a backlight and that only lasts so long but it’s still working and has no dead pixels. It’s not a 4K set but my brand new OLED failed after 2 years. I’m torn because I love the picture and viewing angles of an OLED but that fact I paid over 2k and it failed after 2 years is ridiculous. I hate looking at the screen and counting at least 50 some dead black pixels all around the edge of the screen and it just seems to be getting worse. So does anyone know of a good LED set that can get close to looking like an OLED the QLED sets are catching my eye a bit. I just want to have a tv that’s not crap looks good and will last 10 years at most because I don’t want to upgrade every year.

Would be nice to approx mention the prices

  8. @williamwilke1944 on November 13, 2024 at 12:21 pm

During Covid I needed a new big screen. Visited Best Buy and they were rotating the displays for the new model year. The walls were just covered with zip, zilch. Stock had yet to arrive. After digging into available stock off site I found a 75" Sony Z8H for $3,700.99. Now, four years later, this TV is still new to me. Did not plan on 8K. It was still up and working. The picture and price did it.

  9. @FunnyProducer on November 13, 2024 at 12:21 pm

So much unniovation. Why can’t i still find a tv with a button to locate my remote, I am asking that since the first tv with a remote came to market. Push button on tv, remote beebs.. Too mutch to ask for? Ohh and when you make it, donate me 0,10 $ per sold item because I deserve it after all this time waithing for all this $ spent on market research…

  11. @oommcc on November 13, 2024 at 12:23 pm

Whats the best for youtube and pornhub? Apparently some people say that there are other websites in the internet. I thought we only had pornhub, youtube and google. What other websites exist? Are any of those other mysterious websites inside these TVs? What are they about?

  12. @theesitchaowalittawil1935 on November 13, 2024 at 12:25 pm

The one connect box always cause problem that 99% of reviewer NEVER tell you.

  13. @the-papaw on November 13, 2024 at 12:25 pm

I’ve noticed that all you videos showing TV’s that are side-by-side, the TV on the left always has more more light reflection on it from the room with poorer screens in the videos posted. Is this to make the one on the right look better to your viewers?

  14. @fctryoffetsh39 on November 13, 2024 at 12:29 pm

I dont think this tv is better then the r646

  18. @halrobinson4300 on November 13, 2024 at 12:30 pm

Will I see improvement with a new tv if I still get only 1080i resolution with Dish Network?

  19. @jocksmith6879 on November 13, 2024 at 12:30 pm

Here is my plight and I wish someone could flat out help me. I have a 12 year old Panasonic 42" LED flat screen and it’s time for an upgrade as the TV is showing slight signs of burn-in. I have been looking into countless reviews and comparisons on the LG C4 55 OLED which is a WOLED and the Samsung S90D QD-OLED (this is my price point). Now here is where I truly need help, I’m a movie collector and have a MASSIVE dvd/blu ray collection which in most cases will never get an UHD upgrade. So that being said I’m seeking, yes an UHD tv, that best views picture quality on non-UHD hard media. This is something that is very vague in most reviews. Any help/insight would greatly be appreciated.

  20. @navnavo1414 on November 13, 2024 at 12:33 pm

    4k uhd?

  21. @Mallemartinnn on November 13, 2024 at 12:33 pm

Whats amazing about the Hisense is that it has an IMAX Enhanced mode. Some TCL’s and Sony Bravia’s also have it.
Downside of an hisense: it lacks apps and has no HBO Max app. Insane.

  22. @fctryoffetsh39 on November 13, 2024 at 12:37 pm

Want a big tv not pricey since I work alot but we get tornados and if nature takes it no big deal, plus a burglar can trip downstairs with my 75 and their burglar caught,no money lost and I can laugh😂😂😂😂

  23. @pattyfreeburn3743 on November 13, 2024 at 12:37 pm

What would be the best 43” tv for a spare bedroom? I’m looking for quality, longevity and price

  24. @andrewjenkinson7052 on November 13, 2024 at 12:40 pm

How come I agree with you that TV A looks better than TV B even though I am viewing both on a 1080p TV? Should they not both look the same to me? And if they do look the same is it not pointless you and others showing them? Or are we all fooled by what we are told and see?

  25. @chrispatsox on November 13, 2024 at 12:44 pm

Google and alexa tvs suck but you’ll never get the truth from these sycophant reviews

  26. @macj2000ec on November 13, 2024 at 12:45 pm

Please i beg you. Review the XGIMI ultra vs and oled. Im really puzzled trying to decide between those 2

  27. @zackbutler950 on November 13, 2024 at 12:46 pm

Trying to decide between the U8k and x90l. The x90 would probably be my choice if I was using it as an all use tv but this will be strictly for gaming purposes.

  28. @3041975ful on November 13, 2024 at 12:47 pm

I have a new Hisense and I have not seen such a quality picture on any other TV

  29. @TRUEfoe on November 13, 2024 at 12:48 pm

    Which would you rather do?
    77" S95C for $3500 tax free
    or
    83" A80L for $3999 tax free

  30. @cac1504 on November 13, 2024 at 12:51 pm

TV today is built to last about 5 years. Mostly OEM from same factory. No need to spend big on brand name like Sony. Buy China brand.

  31. @IYFace on November 13, 2024 at 12:53 pm

I’ve never liked the smart TV interfaces and have always used my Apple TV. Is an OLED good for this use case and how about sports on OLED? I don’t run a TV all Day, but may run it for a couple of games back to back, say 6 to 8 hours. Is that a problem with OLED?

Thank you Caleb and Digital Trends. I honestly just deep dived TVs and components for the last three hours. AMAZING information and detail, thank you, thank you, thank you!

  32. @SilverHolland on November 13, 2024 at 12:54 pm

Titles are in Dutch, and it’s a bit of a put off. I’d normally not take local content too seriously.

  33. @ivionsan on November 13, 2024 at 12:56 pm

Wtf??? You make a serious mistake dude… You say Qled is LCD… liquid crystal display but is called Qled because e is a led display with a quantum molecules foile on top off the led…

  34. @markhendy6841 on November 13, 2024 at 12:56 pm

Word of warning do not buy a TV from JB hi-fi in Broadmeadows no matter how much information and video evidence of what is wrong with the TV they wouldn’t replace it they fix it 3 times and I still have a broken tv. The only time they show a interest is when you spend money so once again DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT JB HI-FI IN BROADMEADOWS

  35. @ViciousOneWon on November 13, 2024 at 12:57 pm

HiSense is literally the WORST tv brand you can buy! OMG! I can’t believe he recommended that brand!

  36. @nooch5lover on November 13, 2024 at 12:58 pm

I’m very happy with my purchase and the picture. Pretty much everything until the other day when my IR Sensor went and I can not turn on the TV. I can’t get to the home screen either. I am able to turn it on via my Firestick but can not change sources unless I physically change ports. That’s all OK. The huge problem I have is there are no replacement parts ANYWHERE, I mean anywhere that says it’s compatible with this tv

  37. @nbfglovlogs7551 on November 13, 2024 at 12:58 pm

  40. @Mallemartinnn on November 13, 2024 at 1:01 pm

Purchased the Hisense U7 as my first TV as a 22-year old student for my home cinema. Amazing quality. But got minor water damage due to a window left open during rain. Quality is luckily still there but now I have some stripes in the bottom left corner (barely visible though) which can be annoying.

Now I really want a Sony A80L (or even A95L). Am thinking about sucking it up with the Hisense for a few years and saving in the meantime for the best Sony TV at that time. Is that a good idea?

  41. @leafsforever44 on November 13, 2024 at 1:04 pm

TCL and Hisense have not been around long in the tv business to invest in a big screen . Sure the price maybe cheaper, but it’s cheaper for a reason the old rule of thumb is you get what you pay for. OLED have burn in issues , did my research and just purchased QN85 Samsung.

  42. @tigger5207 on November 13, 2024 at 1:04 pm

Can you include pricing in these reviews.

  43. @samsphaneron on November 13, 2024 at 1:06 pm

I may be late to ask here, but I’m currently considering Sony 55X85LAEP 2023 vs LG B33LA 2023.
The pricing in my country is close, around 130 USD difference, LG being more expensive. My usage would be mixed (sports during the day/evenings, movies in the evenings/nights, streaming and YT during the day but towards the afternoons and evenings too), and the lighting conditions seem tk be a potential issue – there is sunlight coming through large windows, the windows are of southern exposure. I do have curtains and they help significantly, but still, there is light throughout the day. I’m really lost in decision making here, would really appreciate any insights/user experiences etc.
    Bests, Sam

  44. @mikebing1230 on November 13, 2024 at 1:07 pm

C3 is just like the A95L, the A80L is more like the B3 due to its mediocre brightness. The C3 is the best bang for buck OLED right now hands down. It’s now $1499 for a 65” on Amazon. And $1399 on GreenToe.

  45. @Ohkeh640 on November 13, 2024 at 1:08 pm

What tv do you personally own?

  46. @rogereriksen2472 on November 13, 2024 at 1:09 pm

In my opinion, anything with the Samsung name on it is a total piece of shit. They screwed me on one of their TVs, knew full well that it had a manufacturing defect & would do NOTHING for the customers they screwed over. Never again you bastards!!!!!

Hi! Great review. How much of a step down is the A80 L compared to A95 L. Is it worth the price increase to go for the A95 L or does not make much difference compared to the A 80L? Thanks 🙏
