I have a question about the nighthawk router, should it be used as a main router or can I use it as a extended router?

hate how "budget friendly" = 200 bucks

  13. @securityofficer9483 on November 13, 2024 at 12:37 pm

yeah but it starts with a good modem!

  14. @TechTusiast on November 13, 2024 at 12:38 pm

Why do all these "reviews" portray things that do not matter to customers at all? Your wifi speed does not make any difference unless the connection you get from ISP to home is faster and in that case your connection is PLENTY FAST even if you have an old WIFI system. Software/firmware updates to avoid being hacked, easy to setup properly, avoidance of unsafe protocols and features and good quality hardware is what reviews SHOULD look at, but they don’t. It is like these reviews are made by people who do not know what they are doing and just read out loud the marketing material.

  22. @LittleLadyk2002 on November 13, 2024 at 1:00 pm

I need multiple devices 45 minimum with full control on device priority as well as device disconnect- reconnect. All around device control and guest network. Which do you suggest. I need to ensure I can disconnect a device quickly, reconnect and set priority etc. I think netgear bow charges for user control now? Any router with these capibilities even outside of what he mentions would be appreciated.

I have the ASUS RT, The Dual band doesn’t really work with IoT so I had to have a dedicated 2.4 which constantly drops and I have to reset the router. Does anyone else have this issue?

  24. @awbzerver on November 13, 2024 at 1:03 pm

Fantastically informative video. Very straightforward, clear, and concise. The helpful links to check out prices is extremely considerate. I would like to see all reviewers adopt your format.

  25. @Kuttttta on November 13, 2024 at 1:07 pm

my only question is how exactly does the wifi work? do you start up a subscription based plan with the company of said router? for instance if i get the asus router do i set up a plan with them or is the router its own separate thing?
