But I don’t hung all of them so now I have to take them all back down???
Mine is just not connecting after having them a year, keeps saying connection lost! Very frustrating. I have reset all of them together and still no connection.
Do the wires have to be used? I am interested only in wireless.
excuse me, what does blinking red and yellow light mean?
get rid of the music
what happens if you lose wifi in your house?
SHUT OFF THE BACKGROUND MUSIC! You make this video sound like a cheap porn movie for God’s Sake!!!
Can I connect Kiddo Interconnect hardwired detector with the battery backed Kiddo smoke detectors?
would these wireless interconnected detectors satisfy the electrical code and the bldg. code in new construction.
Will both wired and battery powered interconnect?
that wasn’t 2-3 seconds…but thanks for the video
The KN COSM B RF model is way more sophisticated than this one.
Yo this system is dumb don’t buy
Please do away with the background noise so we can hear the instructions. That would be greatly appreciated thank you
Thank you for the video, very helpful.
First a comment, please don’t have background music as it’s hard to here the feedback of the units you are doing a demo.
You mention twice in the video that of you do not know the first unit that was used, to disconnect all units first. How do you do that???
Do you hold the button down for 5 second on each, until you hear the three tones? Did anyone know?
Thanks
How do I turn off the wireless mode?
Im wondering why do I have to connect them? lets say I have one unit in the kitchen once in the basement, is the one in the kitchen triggers for a cooking smoke, the one in the basement will sound too?
Well done video sir.
Great video, Thanks! however, the music in the background is very annoying!!!
and how are they installed. just screw anywhere in the ceiling or you need wiring in the ceiling?
Could I set up these wireless smoke alarms with hard wire kidde smoke alarms?
Does the light green light stay on? Mine turned off after confirming devices are connected
Hi Eric, very informative video for this you are really being congratulated,
I have 1 question, is can I pair my existing wired and battery-only operated smoke alarms and carbon monoxide/smoke alarm with Kidde wireless P4010 or I can pair it with P 4010 to any other branded smoke/ carbon smoke alarms? I am gonna be very much obliged for this??
We DO NOT neeed backround music
How do I install just one?
The Green Circle light goes out in the Dark. To see if the unit is power with 120VAC Shine a strong light at the center of the Detector and the Green Circle light will on. This was put into units to turn the light off at night when installed in a bedroom .
That’s amazing!
Would I be able to use these in a three unit apartment building? But I would only need each individual unit to be interconnected, like three smoke detectors per unit. I wouldn’t want the smoke detectors to go off in one unit and trigger them for all the other ones. Would With the fix for this issue be just to have one primary smoke for each unit? Or if you could explain more detail

😢k😂❤
I’m gonna replace my Smoke alarms with those units. They are too satisfying
Nothing about performance or how to deal with many types of smoke detection issues or emergencies
Question for ac combination alarm. Does green light need to be on constant? Mine turned off after 2 days.
Thanks that helped a lot now let see if i can get them all connected
You seem to be very knowledgeable on the Kidde product line. I am looking to replace my old alarms with an interconnected system, preferably battery only, and that connects to the Kidde App. Which device would that be?
This is good but will be much better without the background music
How does one unassociate them ?
