For shoes I recommend the ON Centre Courts. They look clean in all white and they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I took them on my two week trip to Italy this summer and they did great.

My 2 cents as i also travel for work all around the world all the time (more than 90+ countries).
No luggage sleeve on the carry on is a immediate no-go for me. It looks gorgeous but it’s too much of a hassle when you still have your main luggage or have a second wheeled carry on in business.
Any wheeled carry on needs a lock on the main compartiment but also on the laptop compartiment, you never know…
Drop a airfly pro in your luggage so everything becomes a BT devices, I stopped taking my headphones for customized air pro and they are good enough for 90% of the noises. They also charge so fast that during long flight, a nap, a dinner or a bathroom stop is enough to get them going for hours combined to the airfly.
I combined music and conf call for the BT speaker, high end jabra, sonos roam or devialet/xiaomi BT speaker. Their sizes are, for me, easier to get into luggages than the sonos move.
Also have a macbook pro (m3) but as a gamer I moved to the asus G14 to avoid having one pro laptop and one gaming laptop.
Gamer also —> asus ally is so much fun during travel as well but has difficulty to display higher resolution on hotel tv
Wifi access point is great like netgear M6 but I’m still searching for a fast one with built-in VPN client.
Drop a chromecast configured with it and you have all your stream app on every tv in the world.
Clear VPN was my goto (especially because of UAE) but i moved to proton for better results.
Magnetic sunglasses clip on as i need medical glasses as well, you need them, just clip them on. Reactive glasses are a hassle as in certain country they changed too fast or too slow for my taste. You even have color choices now in certain brands like armani.
I have a watchs pouch but to be honest, the apple watch (ultra) is so useful for payment that i rarely use another watch. Cards/payment means redundancy is so important that having all digital cards on your watch and my physical cards in a safe (except maybe one on me) is a must in certain countries. Moreover, currenecy exchangence is an issue with cards so having the possibility to select even a card you forgot at home 6000 kms from you is life saving. Also Revolut ultra is great probably anywhere in the world, I’m a customer for more than 10 years now and couldn’t travel without it.
I also have the same international plug-charger (but with more wattage for my gaming devices) but i also got an flat international multiple plug device that i leave in my main luggage if i need to plug multiple devices that are not usb (steamer, a lamp that occupied the plug i used and still need,..)
A steamer is great for clothing freshness and wrinkles, there are now good portables ones.
My next search is a garment bag that double as a duffel bag but i missed a great one (discontinued) and lots of them are poorly made or scams or crazy expensive.
