  15. @d_roc on November 13, 2024 at 12:53 pm

Thank you for the video, very helpful.

First a comment, please don’t have background music as it’s hard to here the feedback of the units you are doing a demo.

You mention twice in the video that of you do not know the first unit that was used, to disconnect all units first. How do you do that???

Do you hold the button down for 5 second on each, until you hear the three tones? Did anyone know?

    Thanks

  23. @omarji2351 on November 13, 2024 at 1:02 pm

Hi Eric, very informative video for this you are really being congratulated,
I have 1 question, is can I pair my existing wired and battery-only operated smoke alarms and carbon monoxide/smoke alarm with Kidde wireless P4010 or I can pair it with P 4010 to any other branded smoke/ carbon smoke alarms? I am gonna be very much obliged for this??

  24. @mikewebster2984 on November 13, 2024 at 1:03 pm

We DO NOT neeed backround music

  25. @Markstout-e8n on November 13, 2024 at 1:03 pm

How do I install just one?

  26. @bobmercer1816 on November 13, 2024 at 1:09 pm

The Green Circle light goes out in the Dark. To see if the unit is power with 120VAC Shine a strong light at the center of the Detector and the Green Circle light will on. This was put into units to turn the light off at night when installed in a bedroom .

  27. @Photoelectric_Elevators on November 13, 2024 at 1:12 pm

    That’s amazing!

  28. @zacheryray3143 on November 13, 2024 at 1:13 pm

Would I be able to use these in a three unit apartment building? But I would only need each individual unit to be interconnected, like three smoke detectors per unit. I wouldn’t want the smoke detectors to go off in one unit and trigger them for all the other ones. Would With the fix for this issue be just to have one primary smoke for each unit? Or if you could explain more detail

  32. @milvolts1 on November 13, 2024 at 1:20 pm

Question for ac combination alarm. Does green light need to be on constant? Mine turned off after 2 days.

You seem to be very knowledgeable on the Kidde product line. I am looking to replace my old alarms with an interconnected system, preferably battery only, and that connects to the Kidde App. Which device would that be?

  35. @scottshure3389 on November 13, 2024 at 1:22 pm

This is good but will be much better without the background music

  36. @itoramos6843 on November 13, 2024 at 1:24 pm
