    Really stuck on what to do , just got an old iMac that came with a genius wireless keyboard and it’s just not working , whenever I retry to put the batteries in it just turns on a red light where it has a charging icon then the light goes off and it still doesn’t work . I have no idea what to do .

    This video is great, but I still don’t know why my USB 2.4 wireless mouse works with my Dell laptop, but the wireless keyboard does not. I understand my situation is different from the video’s example, so I will continue my search for answers.

    I cant get 3 keyboards (including wireless Shintaro one i purchased yesterday, which shows no indication that its even on- no on off switch, battery power, etc- nothing) so it wont communicate with monitor, thus I cant even unlock monitor screen
    Any tips plz?
