Honestly don’t know which I’d recommend, they both bring a lot to the table.

I’ve got quest2,quest3,quest pro,pico4 and psvr2(had psvr1,sold it when I got quest2) vr is life
As time passes, real time physical distance bridging will be a huge issue, two people half a world apart seeing each other in 3 dimensions,now I know the smutty implications are front & centre but in all seriousness- the possibilities of killing distance to an 80% degree is amazing.

Quest 3 is a very nice update and brings good AR experiences. Otherwise the Quest 2 is still very capable and much cheaper. As you say, the addition of a better head strap is definately needed.
Can’t get enough Frank and love that you still use the Frank Show theme.
I find meta quest 2 the best one because it’s cheap
If you have a ps5 its a no brainer PSVR2!! Meta Quest 3 is a great entry level for a newcomer that owns no ps5.

Wow, I thought you’d be a little more split between quest and PS. I get the impression you prefer it pretty heavily.
Not so certain I’d disclude the second hand market for the PSVR either. With it’s low cost and compatabilty for PS4 & PS5, it has a back catalogue of over 500 games, many upgraded on the Pro and PS5. It can also be used as a PCVR through IVRY.
Psvr2 suits me most. AAA plug and play no hassle.

i want the quest 3 so bad.
For all the people that have a NASA PC (3070 Ti or better),
I would recommend a PICO 4 or PICO 4 Pro if you want face tracking.
Both have the same chip as the Quest 2, more RAM than the Quest 2 and have significantly higher pixelcount than the Quest 2.
So for anyone with a somewhat strong PC can use that headset because it’s a cheap alterative to the Quest 2 but is better for PCVR.
(For anyone interested, the PICO 4 and PICO 4 Pro are both standalone headsets so you can play without a PC if you wanted to.)
(PICO 4 Pro is more expensive. I’m taking about the PICO 4 when I say "cheap alterative". The biggest difference between the two is that the PICO 4 Pro has facetracking, but most stays the same.)
